The Midleton College Bake Off was held on Wednesday, 18th March, with a Spring theme inspiring the event. Students showcased their talents through a range of imaginative and beautifully crafted bakes. Ms Doyle and Ms Rossiter were incredibly impressed by both their creativity and skill.
There was a wonderful variety of cakes on display, each reflecting the theme in unique and thoughtful ways. Choosing the winners proved to be a difficult task, and we are very grateful to Rory Graham and Dr Gash for their help in selecting the deserving winners. We also extend our thanks to the PTA for generously sponsoring the prizes.
