Raising Awareness of Gender Apartheid

Raising Awareness of Gender Apartheid

Congratulations to our Form 5 students, Rachel, Bella, Maria and Phoebe, who have shown outstanding commitment to raising awareness about Gender Apartheid. The group recently organised a walk from Midleton to Mogeely last Saturday, which saw an impressive turnout in support of the cause. Afterwards, many of the walkers gathered at the Imokilly Tavern, Mogeely where they had live music played Cullen Gash and friends, as well as some light bites on the barbecue.  We are especially proud of these four students for taking the initiative entirely on their own. This is not part of any school assignment; rather, it reflects their personal dedication and use of their free time to champion an issue they are passionate about. It is inspiring to see young people engage so meaningfully with a cause that matters to them. Well done and a sincere thank you to all who came out in support of their campaign
