Massive well done to all Damany Martin, Andy Switzer, Ben Coleman, Dylan Gunn, Ricky Fane, Noah Switzer, Ava Huggard and Tess Dwane-O’Neil who took part in the All Ireland Schools Swimming Relay Competition yesterday in National Aquatic Centre in Dublin. It was a massive achievement for these students to reach the all Ireland final. The standard was extremely high and our best result was the Senior Mens Medley Relay Team (Ben, Ricky, Dylan and Noah) who came in 4th. We must acknowledge the efforts and commits of leaving cert students Ricky Fane, Noah Switzer, Ava Huggard and Tess Dwane-O’Neil who swam with us the last 6 years. Yesterday they competed in their final swimming competition for the school. Ava and Tess have previously won bronze in the mixed medley relay in 2024 Ricky Fane has achieved 4 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze for the school. Noah has achieved 5 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze, and is a Munster record holder. Thanks to John Hawe who volunteered to officiate on the day, and to all the parents for their support throughout the years.
