Leaving Certificate Agricultural Science students attended AgriAware’s Farm Walk & Talk last Thursday in Moorepark, Fermoy. Students heard from representatives from DairyMaster, Kepak, ICBF, Munster Bovine and Dairygold with a focus on technological advancements, soil management and informed breeding choices for better agricultural outputs. They also heard from Moorepark students about their research of multispecies swards. Thanks to AgriAware and Moorepark for facilitating this event.
