Today our TY Erasmus+ students and their peers from Eichendorff Gymnasium, Ettlingen enjoyed a fantastic visit to Ballymaloe Cookery School and Gardens! We began the day gardening in our own school garden, before spending time at the beautiful gardens of Ballymaloe Cookery School, learning about organic farming, visiting the shell house and wandering through the fascinating maze.  A huge thank you to the Allen Family and the staff of Ballymaloe for welcoming us and sharing their knowledge, not to mention the delicious treats!
