Our TY students took part in a vibrant African Drumming Workshop this week, where they explored the rich cultural history behind traditional African drums. Students learned the chants that accompany drumming performances and practised creating their own rhythms and beats. The session was energetic, engaging, and a fantastic introduction to the power of music as a form of storytelling and connection.
