Our swimming pool is 16.5 metres long, 7.5 metres wide, 2 metres deep at the deep end and 1 metre deep at the shallow end. It holds 200 tonnes or 40,000 gallons of water. It is heated by its own gas fuelled boiler which enables us to keep the water at a very pleasant 30 ^oC and is surrounded by a high security fence.

The pool is opened most afternoons during the summer term and the first half of the autumn term. When open the pool is always supervised by members of staff.
