Last Wednesday saw Midleton College hold its 3rd inaugural Science Fair competition. A wonderful day was had by all with an amazing array of projects on display. Phoebe Harold Barry took the overall prize with her project ‘Do hydrogen cars have a future?’ and took home the Ray Power Science award for her efforts. Laura Creagh was a worthy runner up with her project on generating electricity from potatoes,’Potato power’. Lots of other prizes were won and all first years should be extremely proud of their hard work and dedication to their projects. more pics in gallery
