German Christmas Baking at Midleton College

This week, Form 6 pupils of Ms. Henry got a special treat: They learned about German Christmas traditions hands on by baking their own Christmas cookies: And how much fun they had to prepare, mix, bake and ... eat their coconut macaroons (Kokosmakronen) can be seen on the (progress) pictures in the photo gallery.
