A group of TY students attended the Apprentice Chef workshop today in I.T. Tralee where they got a tour of the campus, a talk on nutrition and good mood food. They also attended a cookery demonstration. The next stage is to decide based on an in school cook off who will go forward and be Midleton College's two representatives this year for the Apprentice Chef project. They have big shoes to fill after last year's success.
