Form 6 student Ava Murphy travelled to England last weekend to compete in the International Cambridge Schools finals. This is one of the most prestigious debating competitions in the world and Ava's second year taking part, which is in itself a remarkable achievement. 

Ava placed 31st in the individual speaker competition. A wonderful result. Pictured here with Ava are her fellow members of Team Ireland.
