Big congratulations to George who has got through to the final of the Apprentice Chef (which takes place on Friday May 6th). He will make his dish of Roast lion of Local Lamb with a pine nut and thyme crust, red currant jus, fondant potato, vine roasted tomatoes, beet, baby carrot and salsa Verde. A very big well done to Rachel Martin on reaching the semi final stage!
