The New Building

There was great excitement on Tuesday 22nd November 2011 when the new academic block was opened for use. The new Information Technology room, Home Economics room, Project Maths room are all now in use. In addition 6 new subject classrooms  are contained within the block. A further additional benefit is the provision of new lockers for all members of 3rd Form. The are are also new male and female student bathrooms on both floors.

Mr Simon Thompson, Principal said, ' I would like to thank the Boards of the College for their vision and commitment is bringing this project to a successful conclusion. The College has led the funding provision to ensure that the maximum possible number of new classrooms could be provided. I wish to acknowledge the contributory funding provided by the Department of Education and Skills. Our new facilities transform the range and quality of resources we can provide for our students and staff. This building represents an important first phase in the College development plan. Our students deserve the best that we are capable of delivering for them in all that they do.'
