 There was a good turn out of parents, gaurdians and friends. It began with the lighting of candles by the senior prefects. The senior day boy,  Ethan Dillon, made a welcoming speech and Laura McPadden, senior day girl, gave a reflection of her  memories of 1st form.
      Each 1st year played a part, some played instruments, some sang and many shared their thoughts on their first term here. It ended with a prayer said by Janet Rumley and the presentation of scallop shells, followed by refreshments for everyone who attended the ceremony.
