Awards Night
On Tuesday the 12th of May the 4th years had their annual transition year night. This night consisted of presentations, speakers and a number of musical performances. Awards were also given to those who had completed a number of courses such as First Aid, Drugs Awareness, Gaisce Awards and certs for completing transition year. We would like to thank all the teachers who helped organise the night and all the 4th years who participated.
Pictured below are the members of Form IV with Mr. Thompson, Mr. Gill and Mrs. O’ Sullivan (TY coordinator) on the night. Mrs. O’Sullivan is currently out on maternity leave and we congratulate her and wish her all the best.

Kilfinane Kapers!
On the 27th of April all of fourth year headed to Kilfinane outdoor education centre in Limerick for a week. Here their day started at 8 in the morning to 9:30 at night and included activities such as abseiling, kayaking, rock-climbing and the famous riverwalk. They also had to endure a 6 hour hike which took them up a mountain, through a bog and into a forest all in lashing rain! On Friday they returned at 3 o’clock a happy but tired group. We would like to thank Ms.Clifford and all the other teachers that went down during the week. It was a very enjoyable week and all had fun!
