- 'Oliver' to go ahead tonight at the earlier time of 6.45pm
The Christmas Musical, 'Oliver' will be staged in the Assembly Hall tonight at the earlier time of 6.45pm to allow for difficult travel conditions around the Midleton area.

Weather conditions remain manageable in the Midleton area. At present the College will be open as normal tomorrow, Monday 20th December.

- Rescheduling of Midleton College Carol Service
Decision to postpone the Carol Service until Monday 13th December in St. John the Baptist Church at 8.00pm.

Friday 12.00 noon: Gardai advice is that the N25 has just been gritted but that it is advisable not to travel on it for another hour. Classes and exams are continuing as normal.
- Exam Catch-up Day: Monday 6th December
Pupils in Forms 1,2,4 & 5 will have the opportunity to sit exams they may have missed this week due to bad weather on Monday 6th December.

Friday 3rd: 1.00pm: Drama Practice is canceled due to weather conditions.

The weather remains cold but as there has been no snow in the Midleton area it is planned that the College will be open on Thursday 2nd December.

Hannah Hayes, (Form 4), won 2nd prize in the Intermediate section of the Physical, Chemical & Mathematical science section & was also awarded a BT Business Mentoring Award.

The Minister for Education and Science, Batt O'Keeffe TD, has told all primary and post-primary schools to close on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week due to the bad weather.
